Shipping and Delivery

You may ship or deliver your instruments to us or arrange to have us pick them up within the Twin Cities metro area. Courier service is available outside the metro.

Shipping

Most of our customers prefer to ship their instruments to us.

When you schedule service we will email you a pre-paid, insured UPS return label. Just package your instrument and schedule a UPS pick-up or drop off at your local UPS. We can also send you a shipping box on request.

Courier and Pick Up Service

If you are a Twin Cities metro area customer, ask about our instrument pick up service. We’ll pick up and deliver your instruments for a small fee.

Customer Drop Off

You may drop off your instruments at our UPS Store drop site. The staff know us and will be glad to help you.

 

If you would like your meter shipped back and wish to pre-pay the return delivery, just let the staff know; or we will ship it for you securely boxed and insured, at our standard S&H delivery rate.

If you want to pick up your instruments yourself, leave a note inside the box with your phone number and your request, and we’ll take it back to the store when finished, and let you know it’s waiting. There is a storage surcharge for any package left over 48 hours after completion.
