To drop off your meters:

Our UPS Store drop site is located at the Quarry Shopping Center at the junction of I-35W and Hwy. 88. UPS Unit 104 is located just NE of Target.  Take the exit ramp from 35W at Stinson / New Brighton Blvd. Go one block north of the freeway on New Brighton Blvd. to the small strip mall adjacent the video store.  The UPS Store is in the center.

Owners Dave & Maria Vincent are great folks, and will be happy to hold your package for us. If you would like it shipped back and wish to pre-pay the return delivery, just let them know; or we will ship it for you securely boxed and insured, at our standard S&H delivery rate. 

If you want to pick up your instruments yourself, leave a note inside the box with your phone number and your request, and we'll take it back to the store when finished, and let you know it's waiting.  There is a storage surcharge for any package left over 24 hours after completion.

Send us an e-mail (or a fax to 612-788-1813) with information about your instruments, scheduling, and services which interest you. Make sure you enter your address and phone number (a common oversight). 

If you believe repairs are needed or you have a question about operation or maintenance, add that info with the make, model, and s/n of each instrument. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.  Thank you for your business!
