In 1994, we saw a need for emphasis on quality control in several industries we were servicing. We recognized that the proper use and care of instrumentation for measurement of sensitometry films was being neglected and misunderstood. After years of consultation and instruction in QA protocol, we expanded our field and lab service engineering activities of multiple-modlity imaging systems to include OEM-spec service and conformity testing of QA compliance instrumentation.
